Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital and Marketing Content Consultant, you will be responsible for:
✅ Developing and Implementing Digital Fundraising Strategies:
- Planning, executing, and evaluating digital acquisition campaigns (pledge, lead generation, one-time donations).
- Creating data-driven marketing strategies to optimize digital fundraising efforts.
- Enhancing conversion rates through journey mapping, user experience analysis, and A/B testing.
✅ Content Creation & Digital Engagement:
- Designing compelling marketing content for websites, email campaigns, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.
- Translating and adapting global and regional fundraising content for the LAC audience.
✅ Performance Tracking & Data Analysis:
- Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting up dashboards to track campaign success.
- Using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite to monitor digital performance.
✅ SEO & Paid Media Optimization:
- Managing digital acquisition channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, and display advertising.
- Identifying new digital trends and innovative strategies to enhance fundraising efficiency.
✅ Data Protection & Compliance:
- Ensuring secure digital platforms and data transfer compliance.
- Adhering to legal regulations on data management and online fundraising activities.
✅ Collaboration & Coordination:
- Working closely with fundraising teams, communication specialists, and digital experts across the LAC region.
- Applying best practices from the UNICEF global network to improve digital fundraising performance.

🎓 Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Fundraising, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or media planning.
- Expertise in SEO, paid social media, digital acquisition, and retention campaigns.
- Prior work in nonprofits, charities, or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
💡 Technical Skills:
