Join World Vision Development Foundation (WVDF), a global organization with over 70 years of experience in transforming the lives of vulnerable children. We are looking for an Online Marketing Officer to lead our digital strategies and contribute to our mission of helping children overcome poverty through online campaigns.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll help drive individual donor acquisition, support fundraising activities, and work on initiatives like disaster relief, seasonal giving campaigns, and child sponsorship programs. Key Responsibilities

Online Marketing Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead the Online Marketing Team in fundraising activities and donor acquisition campaigns, with a focus on digital media.
  • Oversee paid digital media plans (social media ads, PPC search, YouTube, etc.), ensuring optimization and ROI.
  • Develop content strategies for paid and organic channels to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Manage email marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization for successful campaigns.

Team Management & Performance Accountability:

  • Manage the team, set clear KPIs, and oversee performance reviews.
  • Review deliverables and monitor campaign performance, web analytics, and budgets.
  • Ensure that the digital marketing budget is effectively planned and managed.
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies for seamless campaign execution.

Consultation & Business Process Improvement:

  • Consult on marketing activities across different departments, helping refine digital strategies and website design.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and apply enhancements in the business processes.

Organizational Contribution & Spiritual Engagement:

  • Actively participate in team devotionals and organizational events.
  • Support the organization’s emergency response efforts through fundraising and digital campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Development Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing.
  • 2 years of experience in team leadership (in-house or agency setup).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, fundraising, and mass communications.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Expertise in digital marketing strategy, content creation, and media planning.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), email marketing, and SEO.
  • Skills in UX/UI design and digital ads (implementation and optimization).
  • Customer care and support experience is a plus.
