Job Type: Full-time (30-39 hours per week) – Variable schedule


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and web for various inquiries related to billing, insurance, and products.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, collaborating with pharmacists when necessary.
  • Multitasking: Handle both inbound and outbound calls while managing computer-based tasks.
  • Timely Responses: Serve customers promptly and efficiently, ensuring the best possible service experience.
  • Build Relationships: Focus on long-term customer relationships, not just resolving immediate issues.
  • Privacy and Safety: Follow the company’s Work From Home policy to ensure customer privacy and safety.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer/web-based tools.
  • Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.
  • Flexibility to change your schedule every 3 weeks with a two-week advance notice.
  • Must submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in phone or email customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining high standards for productivity and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member.
