Responsibilities:
- Training Program Support and Communication:
- Assist in adapting and facilitating NRC’s training programs.
- Create a comprehensive communication plan to ensure timely dissemination of training opportunities and lessons learned.
- Coordinate
- Project Monitoring and Feedback:
- Monitor project progress with the Project Advisor.
- Track key performance metrics.
- Gather participant feedback through surveys.
- Ensure project visibility and reporting compliance with ECHO requirements.
- Market Analysis Process Optimization:
- Provide direct support for market analysis implementation.
- Review analysis reports.
- Facilitate community learning.
- Lead the development and optimization of digital tools for data collection.
What We Are Looking For:
- Educational Background: University degree in political science or other social studies.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal); working knowledge of other NRC languages (Spanish, French, Arabic) is an asset.
- Work Experience:
- Relevant work experience in the Humanitarian/Development Sector (desirable).
- Experience in grants management in humanitarian operations is an advantage.
- Experience in managing or supporting projects or events.
- Technical Skills:
- Competent Microsoft environment user (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Proficient in data collection tools like KoboCollect and Power BI dashboards.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of international humanitarian work and donor procedures (desirable).
- Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to new challenges and priorities.
