Project Assistant (Nicosia, Cyprus):

Responsibilities:
Project Assistant (Cyprus):
- Administrative support, including management, procurement, human resources, and financial topics
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Meeting and mission organization
- Project proposal preparation and reporting
- Contract management and procurement support
- Knowledge sharing and participation in training
Project Associate (Timor-Leste):
- Programme implementation and logistics support for webinars and meetings
- Administrative and financial management support
- Liaison with project participants and stakeholders
- File management and travel arrangements
- Recruitment support for project staff
- Event planning and execution

Required Skills and Experience:
Project Assistant (Cyprus):
- Education: Secondary education or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience: 5 years (high school diploma) or 2 years (bachelor’s degree) of administrative or project experience
- Skills: Proficiency in office software and web-based management systems
- Desirable: Experience with UN/international organizations, knowledge of project management, procurement procedures, and bi-communal projects
Project Associate (Timor-Leste):
- Education: Secondary education or a university degree in a relevant field
- Experience: 6 years (secondary education) or 3 years (university degree) of administrative/programme/management support
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, logistics, writing, and computer skills
- Desirable: Experience in programme implementation, logistics, administrative and financial management, and working with UNDP or similar organizations
Additional Requirements:
Project Assistant (Cyprus):
- Nationals or permanent residents in Cyprus are eligible
- Valid driving license required

Project Associate (Timor-Leste):
- Fluency in English and Tetum required, Portuguese is an advantage
