Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Chief, Transport Section, Trade Logistics Branch, Division on Technology and Logistics, the individual contractor will undertake the following tasks:

  1. Support to Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF): The contractor will provide essential assistance in organizing and documenting the outcomes of the GSCF sessions. This includes preparing session summaries, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely updates of information and presentations on the web platform.
  2. Implementation of SSP Survey: They will actively participate in the execution and management of the SSP survey initiatives in Mauritius and Ghana. This involves evaluating survey responses, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a comprehensible and visually appealing format. Their contributions will directly contribute to the formulation of actionable insights for sustainable port development.
  3. Technical and Administrative Support: The contractor will offer comprehensive technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of various projects within the Transport Section. This may entail liaising with project stakeholders, updating project websites, identifying suitable consultants, drafting project-related documents, and organizing training materials.
