Languages Required
- Spanish: Fluency in oral and written.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, accounting, business engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in administrative, financial, procurement, and/or project assistance roles.
- Previous experience with United Nations organizations, international bodies, or cooperation agencies is advantageous.
- Experience in humanitarian response projects and/or gender-based violence projects is desirable.
- Familiarity with updated ERP systems (Quantum and QuantumPlus) is desirable.
Responsibilities and Key Functions
- Project Implementation and Logistics Management
- Record and review work plans and budgets in corporate financial and programmatic systems (ERP).
- Provide administrative support for the financial and administrative implementation of the project, ensuring compliance with UNFPA regulations and policies.
- Develop and update the project procurement plan monthly or as required.
- Assist in vendor screening processes.
- Support procurement processes including micro-purchases, request for quotations, and supplier communications.
- Coordinate logistical support for project-related missions.
- Organize documentation and requirements for consultant contracts under the project.
- Provide administrative support for project-related events.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Financial Administration and Document Management
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
- Conduct budget reviews and financial monitoring of project budgets.
- Identify and address budgetary challenges and propose actions for timely execution.
- Review financial transactions and documentation, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare payment requests and ensure proper documentation for supplier payments.
- Support administrative tasks for Implementing Partners (IP) and ensure compliance with UNFPA policies.
- Assist in registration processes and recovery of VAT for project plans.
- Maintain document archives in the IDocs management system according to organizational policies.
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Assist the Project Manager in budget planning and activity monitoring based on the resource and results framework.
- Monitor project financial execution.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for project evaluations, spot checks, assessments, and audits.
