You should have at least five years of experience in administrative support roles, particularly in procurement and budget management, along with strong analytical and report writing skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other official UN languages like French or Spanish is desirable.

Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Digital Fundraising Assistant, you will be integral in supporting UNFPA’s Individual Giving Programme (IGP), ensuring efficient procurement processes, budget tracking, and aiding in fundraising strategy development. Your role directly contributes to UNFPA’s mission of promoting safe pregnancies, childbirth, and fulfilling the potential of young individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement processes and administrative procedures for the IGP.
- Manage contract procurement and related tasks effectively.
- Support tracking of yearly budgets and ensure proper allocation of funds.
- Provide operational support for IGP work plans development and implementation.
- Prepare monthly allocations and earmarking of received funds.
- Monitor budgets and financial expenditures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Generate analytical reports to support work plans implementation.
- Support early fraud detection for Individual Giving Donors.
- Assist in organizing key stakeholder meetings and preparing fundraising materials.
- Conduct research and analysis, manage spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
- Proofread and revise documents and reports.
- Provide technical support for procurement processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- High school diploma; first degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
Knowledge and Experience:
