Role Purpose

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the country logistics function, ensuring the smooth coordination of logistical support for development and humanitarian programs. This includes overseeing procurement processes, managing office administration, facilitating international staff travels, and ensuring compliance with Plan International policies and procedures.

Scope

Your role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at ensuring efficient operational support for Plan International’s programs in Egypt. Your duties include:

  • Providing support for SAP/YODA procurement queries and issue handling.
  • Establishing proper office administration in line with organizational policies.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of country office premises and a user-friendly working environment.
  • Professionally managing international travel arrangements.
  • Supervising and managing administration support staff.
  • Contributing to cost-efficient logistics and preparation of relevant reports.
